We are collecting recipes from our Sky View parents and students (2004-2005 school year) for our Sky View Middle School P.T.S.A. fundraiser cookbook. Your recipe, name and/or students name will be included in the cookbook. Please fill out the following form for each recipe and hit submit below. Submit up to 3 recipes per family. The deadline for submission is October 31, 2004. The cookbook will be available December 6, 2004.

We would appreciate as many advance orders as we can get as this will help to insure the success of the project and help us determine how many copies to have produced.  Estimated price $12.95 to $14.95 depending on how many cookbooks are printed. Cookbooks available December 2004.
